Hello friend!
Are you interested in taking a tour at Handi Quilter in North Salt Lake? We’d love to have you! Below, you’ll find all of the information you need to schedule your tour!
Schedule Your Tour – Walk-Ins Welcome!
While we welcome last-minute tours (come on by!), it is a good idea to schedule your tour ahead of time. Because we don’t have a dedicated team member who does tours, you may have to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to become available.
In 2024, we are hosting regular tours every Thursday at 10AM Mountain Time. You can also schedule a tour by emailing spotlight@handiquilter.com.
Again, we welcome walk-ins! Scheduling your tour makes it easier for us to make sure we have a team member ready to go to welcome you! We love last-minute visitors and know that not everything can be planned.
How long is a tour of Handi Quilter?
A tour can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. It all depends on how many questions you have and how long you’d like to spend looking at the beautiful quilts hanging around our building.
We will start on the main floor with a brief history of Handi Quilter and take a tour of quilts. Next, we’ll head to the manufacturing area, then head upstairs to our education studio.
We ask that you wear closed toed shoes for your tour!
Can I test or buy products during my tour?
Currently, we are not setup with a showroom with products for purchase, although we do have our longarm machines on display. If you would like to test out a specific machine, we recommend searching our list of retailers HERE to find one near you!
Parking & Accessibility
We have a dedicated parking lot that you are welcome to use, with designated visitor parking slots. We also have an elevator and almost no step-up and step-downs in the building. People in wheelchairs or who use walkers are welcome.
