David Horlacher –
We purchased our infinity instead of buying an new small truck …. Happy with the purchase and decision. We were able to get it put together, loaded a top, and completed an edge to edge design on the quilt in the same day. I was able with the education on line and YouTube video’s to immediately take designs from the internet and convert them into stich able designs with the designer program. I am a brand new quilter and feel comfortable making designs as well as having the machine do all the quilting. My wife is much better at making the tops and I am having fun using the long arm.. I am still very much a beginner when it comes to free motion but that is why we bought the machine with the programs. In a short few months my wife and I have completed several quilts one I designed specify for a military retirement, developing my own patters and pictures for the machine to stich. We are in a small apartment and have it currently set up for 8 feet wide, we have the third section but don’t have the room for now. I really like the fact that I can run it smaller and later will be able to expand it as necessary. When we get several tops that cannot fit we will move it to the living room, add the section, quilt the tops then put it back down to 8 feet for most of our work. Having a great time quilting with my wife with no buyers remorse.
