My bobbin thread keeps slipping out of the groove in the bobbin case as I see, especially on curves.
Hi Lyn,
Check to make sure the tension on the bobbin case is seated properly. There is a small tab on the tension spring (the flat metal piece on the outside of the bobbin case) that must be in the small groove on the bobbin case. If all is OK there then clean out under that tension spring by running the corner of a business card under it.You might get a small bit of lint out that can cause havoc with your tension. Be sure the thread is UNDER that tension spring and not just in the groove. Hope this helps!
My check spring keeps getting stuck under the bar assembly.

My thread keeps shedding
Start with changing your needle. Be sure you have the proper size needle for the thread you are using. You can find a chart to help you know the correct size needle at https://cag-st-images.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/EducationalCenter/EcPdfs/longarm-reference-guide.pdf
I have a simply 16 on a little foot frame. I can quilt left to right and down just fine, at a regular speed. . Anytime I quilt right to left or up, my thread begins to shred, even If I go slower. I use Glide and size 16 needle. I’ve used size 18 needle and the results are the same. the tension looks perfect any of times not shredding. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m so FRUSTRATED
So sorry you’re having difficulty. Please reach out to your local retailer for help with that. It may be that a tiny tweak to the timing may solve the problem.
