Love, love, love the HQ HighLight 8/10 with the HQ HighLight 2 extension for my 12 foot Studio Frame. It fits perfectly end to end without interfering with my projects and provides excellent light. After assembly, one of the lights did not work. After contacting customer service and explaining my problem to Becky, I was referred to Ross in Technical Solution. He said that he would put a replacement light in the mail that day. It arrived two days later. Problem solved. WONDERFUL customer service all around and this Colorado quilter is completely satisfied.

The HQ HighLight is the best addition to my studio. I thought I had great light until I added this bad boy. The best part is the light can be moved to other places in my studio if needed. I’ve had a few projects that I’ve needed it for. I highly recommend the HQ HighLight. You wont be disappointed.

Fabulous light…had no idea how much this would help. But….assembly was not easy. The hubs and I are experienced assemblers but just could not make the clips for the lights work. Ended up attaching the lights with zip ties! But the frame and the lighting are wonderful.

Love the HQ HighLight ‘s brightness. I will echo the other review regarding the brackets for the actual lights. They do not work as stated… some will not hold the lights in-place. Don’t know if this is a design flaw or warping/bending while in the respective packaging, but was very frustrating for me. Spent what I would consider significant money out of my budget only to have to purchase other fasteners to get it to function as advertised. So disappointed with this aspect of the product!

I was concerned about the reported problem of the light clips so I wrote to ask if a solution had been found. I received a response right away with instructions on how to fix the problem if it arose.
I assembled the light kit by myself and had NO problems. I thought the instruction page that described how to install the light shades was a bit confusing…however, I checked the website to view a closeup of the shades. That helped. For future reference, a closeup illustration of the shades in the instruction manual would be helpful.
I absolutely LOVE all the light I now have.
