HQ Academy Terms and Conditions

If you need to change your registration more than 4 weeks before the event, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another academy within the next 12 calendar months.

If you wish to transfer your registration less than 4 weeks before the event, you may transfer your registration to another academy within the next 12 calendar months upon payment of the $250 transfer fee. This transfer fee is waivable upon extenuating circumstances (such as military deployment).

No-shows will not be given a transfer option.

By registering for this academy, you give permission to Handi Quilter to use still and motion pictures and sounds recordings of yourself for marketing or promotional purposes.
