Bundles of Thread Promotion – February 2-23, 2024
Get a giant bundle of Superior Threads with the purchase of a new HQ Longarm machine. Choose between a ‘Neutral’ or ‘Vibrant’ bundle of high-quality Superior Threads. The thread will ship directly to the consumer.

New Studio 3 Frame Accessories
These great new accessories are only compatible with the Studio3 Frame.

Studio 3 Accessory Tray
Add some organization to your frame with this tray that integrates directly into the frame. The kit includes the tray itself, installation hardware, 4 plastic tray organizers, and installation instructions. These trays can be installed on either side and you can install two!

Studio 3 Height-Increase Kit
This kit increases the height of the frame by 4″.
Side note: Adding casters also adds an additional 3″ to height of frame. And they can be used together to gain a total of 7″.

Studio3 Frame Lever Locks
We are adding lever locks to the Studio3 frame to add some stability to the rear legs. These lock the levers so that the frame does not shift if pressure is applied to the front of the frame. They will be added to all Studio3 Frames going forward. If you or a customer would like to add these Lever Locks to their current frame, please contact Tech Solutions.

New PS Tablets
As you know, we use different vendors for different products. With Pro-Stitcher tablets, we have always had a mix of tablets that meet our specifications but come from different providers. We have some new tablets for Pro-Stitcher Systems that you may see shipping out. If you get one with your order, there’s no changes needed for setup. Just letting you know you may see these new tablets from different vendors rolling out shortly.

The Hi-Rise System has been discontinued. However, keep your eyes and ears open, a new version is coming.

One last product note, there will be a Moxie XL software update coming soon. Keep an eye out!

Sneak peek: Coming later in February, look for a sweetheart offer for your consumers who have a Sweet Sixteen on an older table or without stitch regulation. If they are TruStitch Compatible, this offer will be a big Lift to their quilting experience.

Retailer Note on Training Checklists & Education:
Please remember to do the training checklists with every machine purchase, especially Pro-Stitcher. This is a required step of the sale, and helps elevate the experience for our quilters. Find Pro-Stitcher Education Courses here.

Pro-Stitcher Software Notes:
Reminder to all retailers that serial number for Designer & Catalog are NOT transferable. That means if the serial number has been registered, it cannot be “sold” or passed along to another person. So – if you have floor model Pro-Stitcher that you are selling, please be sure to check that the Designer serial number you are including with it is not registered by opening a ticket on prostitcher.com.

Also, moving forward, we will not include a sticker with a Designer serial number on the back of Pro-Stitcher tablets. The only serial number will be on the sticker inside the Designer case with the usb stick.
