At Handi Quilter, all longarm technicians get certified to service a Handi Quilter machine through a Handi Quilter retailer. Handi Quilter does not offer certifications to customers, do to warranty and insurance restraints. (However, MK Quilts does offer a class for simple repairs here.)
If you’d like to become a tech and work at a Handi Quilter retailer, we recommend you reach out to your local HQ Retailer and apply for a technician position.
