WEB MASTER/DESIGNER/CONTENT MANAGER

SCHEDULED HOURS: FULL-TIME, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to perform hosting maintenance, website maintenance, enhancing navigation through tweaking Javascript, CSS and HTML; Strong experience with WordPress
  • Manage work flow with regard to website development, maintenance, and content management.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing management teams on launch of activities.
  • Strong web design skills that translate into online ads, website design, etc.
  • Enjoys working with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.

Job Requirements:

  • Graphics Arts Degree in website design, management, or equivalent combination of education and added work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in web and SEO.
  • Ability to think strategically in a Team environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Web Layout, Indesign, Web Shopping Cart, Video Editing or other web design software, CMS
  • Experience with SEO, Web Analytics, Google Ad Campaigns, CSS, HTML, HTML5, WordPress.

SHIPPING TECHNICIAN

INVENTORY ASSOCIATE

Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Required Skills:

  • Conduct cycle counts daily to help forecast potential inventory issues and correct them promptly
  • Replenish the Production team with parts throughout the day
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory and general ledger accounts through detailed investigation and resolution of discrepancies
  • Help continually develop, implement and improve processes, procedures and best practices in the inventory tracking system
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, etc.)
  • Computer skills and experience required (MS Excel, Accounting/ERP systems)
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Communicate with Inventory Manager, Purchasing Manager and others regarding inventory related issues
  • Making inventory related entries in the accounting system

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Working with other teams within the company
  • Communicating with Inventory lead on inventory discrepancies and causes
  • Assist with annual accounting/financials audit
  • Other duties as assigned
